Manufacture of other rubber products
The company, with registered head office located in Arnedo, Spain, is primarily engaged in the manufacture of rubber products for the footwear industry. It started operations in 1967 as a rubber compound manufacturer for third parties. During the first few years it created its shoe sole production and in the 80s the rubber extrusion division for the car industry. From 1994 till 2002, a spectacular growth was realised, to the point where, the company has become one of the main rubber compound manufacturing groups in Europe. During these years, the company grew in size with the addition of two new companies. In 1998 Cauchos Bracamonte (Salamanca-Spain) was created followed by the acquisition of FORMIX (Orleans-France) in 2002.
